This is a picture of my science terrarium. We built the terrarium. I built my terrarium with my partner Alex. If you are wondering how to build a terrarium then read on. 1st step is to get a container to put the soil in and the plants. 2nd step take a cup full of soil and dump it in there. 3rd step is to plant the seed of your choice. We put in barley, radish, pea, clover, and corn. 4th step is to cover the holes and water the plants. 5th step cover the top of the terrarium with some saran wrap. Make sure when you the saran wrap over the container to make sure it is on all the way with no gaps.
The animals and plants that we put in our terrarium were for the bugs were isopods or Darkling beetles. The plants we put in were barley, corn, pea, radish, and clover.
A terrarium is when you put earth in a container. Terr is earth and the rest of the word means container.
Water tolerance is the envioronmnet factor we used and that affected our terrarium.
The plants that grew the best in my terrarium is almost all but one of the seeds. The one that grew the worst is 1 of the barley and the other one did.
